Here’s 6 things that I do to grow my brand & business:
1) Understand that this is a volume game – if you can’t pay to play (aka run ads), you need to play to play. you can’t build a bigger business without either growing your traffic or selling more to your existing customers.
2) Follow the 7x rule: this old rule states that a customer needs to see your product 7 times before they make a purchase. How many times do you post quality engaging content? You’re leaving money on the table by posting less than your competitor.
3) Work on your strengths : with the help of AI, we have no shortage of ideas. Only shortage of execution. Find what you’re relatively good at and become the best in it. Whether this is writing a blog or recording a podcast, pick one and don’t look back.
4) Let go of comparison: stop looking at people going viral or those that are ahead of you. They are ahead of you because they put in the work to get there. Quit the comparison train and hop on the execution train.
5) Make data your friend: you can’t run a brand or business while being blind to your numbers. How many people are showing up to your website every day? What percentage are purchasing? Why did people leave the sales page? If you commit to optimising your content, your conversion rates will go up.
6) Audit your offers: poll your audience, get on calls with prospects, understand what people are struggling with so you can offer products that actually help instead of just adding more noise. People pay for value – remember that.
