Facts I’ve learnt going from nothing to now a multi-million $ biz:
1) Being fired is the best thing that could happen to you – especially if you’re stuck with a shit company and no prospects of growth
2) Learning how to build your own business is like personal development on crack
– you can’t afford to hold on to past beliefs about you, your talent, your money or even your products
3) Data is the only real indicator of success
– and focusing on followers isn’t the metric I’m talking about. I’m talking about sales and profit. If your business ain’t generating sales, you’re on a sinking ship.
4) Building a group of people you love to work with and who are at the same energetic frequency is the most powerful amplifier in business
– treat your best people well and you’ll never lack for growth
5) Money will come back but your time won’t.
– invest heavily in your business UNTIL you match your skill set to your results. if your results are lacking, it means you are lacking in skills. you can always make more money in the future, but you have limited time on earth to make a difference.
6) Block out every hater and just move with a singular focus.
– Business moves forward with focus and consistent disciplined action. You lack either and you won’t grow
