MARKETING ASSISTANT *CLOSED*
We are looking for a virtual Marketing Assistant who will manage and optimise content marketing and social media management for the business.
WORK DESCRIPTION
- Repurposing content from Instagram to TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube & Facebook
- Responding to DM’s and engaging with comments on Instagram & TikTok
- Repurposing content from Youtube to WordPress blog posts and podcasts
- Brainstorming and coming up with new and trending content ideas
- Managing and updating content library for digitalempires.co
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- You are available for 5-10 hours per week in Central European Time (10AM-2PM) and are preferably based in EU
- You are in a country with access to TikTok
- You are able to work on a freelance contract in EU or wherever you are based
- Experience with WordPress & Canva is a must
- Experience with TikTok & Instagram is a must
- Good at writing marketing copy and captions
- You have excellent communication skills in English (Native or Bilingual)
- You are proactive, possess organisation skills and are open to learning new tools and software
- You don’t need to be micro-managed and can work independently when required.
MAJOR PLUS POINTS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS:
- Knowledge of video editing
- Knowlege of podcast editing
- Past experience in the creator economy/online course industry
CONTENT MARKETING ASSISTANT *CLOSED*
We are looking for a freelance Content Marketing Assistant/VA who will manage the content library, repurpose content into various platforms and work hand in hand with the founder.
WORK DESCRIPTION
- Converting Youtube videos to podcast episodes and uploading them
- Transcribing Youtube videos into blog posts on WordPress along with best SEO practices
- Editing large Youtube videos into short-form videos that can be used on our various social media platforms such as Instagram Reels & TikTok
- Managing the content library for Digital Empires and updating on a regular basis
- Coming up with content ideas for all our social media channels + publishing/scheduling content if required
BARE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- You are available for 5-10 hours per week in Central European Time (10AM-2PM)
- You are able to work on a freelance contract in EU or in your resident country
- You have good knowledge of Canva and WordPress
- You know how to edit videos and podcasts (in whichever software you prefer)
- You have excellent communication skills in English (Native or Fluent)
- You are proactive, possess good organisation skills and are open to learning new tools and software
- You don’t need to be micro-managed and can work independently when required

COMMUNITY ASSISTANT *CLOSED*
We are looking for a virtual Community Assistant who will manage, lead and optimise customer support and community management for the business.
IMPORTANT: This role has the potential to turn into a full-time position in the next one year. If you’re looking for a short-term gig, then this is not the right position for you.
WORK DESCRIPTION
- Building our customer communities with strategic posts, replies and engagement
- Managing the company’s support inbox, filtering, responding and forwarding emails to the CEO (wherever relevant)
- Responding to comments, posts, direct messages and chat questions from prospects and existing customers
- Developing and maintaining a FAQ knowledge base related to our products
- Regularly updating and developing the customer CRM
- Collecting and posting customer feedback, social proof and testimonials to help grow brand awareness
BARE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- You are available for 5-10 hours per week in Central European Time (10AM-2PM) and are preferably based in EU
- You work with a maximum of 3 other clients
- You are able to work on a freelance contract in EU
- You have good knowledge of Canva and WordPress
- You have good knowledge of blogging and Pinterest marketing
- You have excellent communication skills in English (Native or Bilingual)
- You love helping people find solutions, are kind and resourceful.
- You are proactive, possess good organisation skills and are open to learning new tools and software
- You don’t need to be micro-managed and can work independently when required

- Past experience in the online education industry
- Knowledge of graphic design, video editing or email marketing
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, ConvertKit, Teachable
