just hopped off our first team call of the year where we walked through our 2025 goals and honestly it’s crazy to think how sustainably we’ve grown from 2020 until now.
I have no doubt in my mind that we’ll continue to maintain and grow every year – because we don’t rely on one-hit wonders or fleeting trends. We rely on building a solid brand and business that no one can shake.
if i’d given up in year 1-3 when I wasn’t necessarily crushing it, i’d never have made it to year 4, 5 or 6!
this business has been the longest job I’ve ever had and i have to say it never stops exciting me to know what is truly possible when you commit to your dreams.
Just keep the blinders on and moving forward.
