For all online courses (Pinfluencer Academy and CEO Blogger Academy), we offer a 14-day refund period for purchases.
In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in Pinfluencer Academy and CEO Blogger Academy, applied the recommended strategies and it did not work for you. All refunds are discretionary as determined by the Digital Empires team.
In the unlikely event that the strategies in Pinfluencer Academy or CEO Blogger Academy do not work for you, please submit a refund request to our support team by the 14th day at 11:59 pm CET.
We will not provide refunds more than 14 days following the date of purchase. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
To request a refund, please email email@example.com with an explanation of your reasons for requesting a refund, as well as the following items:
FOR THE PINFLUENCER ACADEMY:
- A copy of your filled out Pinterest Success workbook for the first 3 modules
- A link to your Pinterest profile with profile, pin and board optimisation complete as shared in the first 3 modules of the course
- Proof of active participation in the Pinfluencer Academy Facebook group
- Screenshot of completion of the first 3 modules of the course
FOR THE CEO BLOGGER ACADEMY:
- Screenshots showing proper execution of course teachings until module 2
- Proof of active participation in the CEO Blogger Academy Facebook group
- Screenshot of your completion of the first two modules of the course

1:1 PINTEREST STRATEGY SESSION
No refunds are available for the 1:1 Pinterest Strategy session. Inability to attend the consulting calls does not qualify for a full or partial refund.
