⭐ MASTER RESELL RIGHTS (MRR) LICENSE — Launch & Profit Kit
You are granted Master Resell Rights (MRR) to the Launch & Profit Kit.
This means you may resell this product to your own customers and keep 100% of the profit, as long as you follow the terms below.
Please read these terms carefully.
✅ YOU CAN DO THE FOLLOWING:
✔ Resell the product for at least $37 or more
$37 is the minimum required price.
You may charge higher — but never lower.
✔ Resell the product as-is
You may sell the full kit exactly as you received it.
✔ Use the included marketing materials
You may use the templates, mockups, captions, swipes, and sales copy to promote your own resell offer.
✔ Offer it as a standalone product
Sell it on Stan Store, Shopify, Gumroad, your website, Link-in-bio, etc.
✔ Use it inside a paid bundle
You may package it with your other paid digital products — as long as the total value remains above $37.
❌ YOU CANNOT DO THE FOLLOWING:
✘ You cannot change the product name
The product must remain:
Launch & Profit Kit (MRR Edition)
No renaming, rebranding, or altering the core identity.
✘ You cannot claim copyright or authorship
You may not say you created, wrote, or own the intellectual property.
You are a licensed reseller, not the creator.
✘ You cannot resell below $37
No discounts, flash sales, coupon codes, or bundles that reduce the effective price below $37.
✘ You cannot give it away for free
Not as a lead magnet, bonus, freebie, or gift.
✘ You cannot include it inside any free membership
It must always require a minimum purchase of $37.
✘ You cannot pass the files off as PLR
This is not a PLR license.
You cannot allow your customers to edit, customize, or rebrand the product.
✘ You cannot share raw source files publicly
Examples: Canva links, editable templates, internal documents.
Distribution must be customer-only.

🚫 NO-REFUND POLICY
All sales of Launch & Profit Kit (MRR Edition) are final.
Because this is a digital product with immediate access and license rights,
no refunds, chargebacks, credits, or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.
By purchasing, you agree that:
- You understand the product is non-refundable
- You understand digital delivery is instant
- You agree not to dispute or reverse payments
- You accept the full MRR terms as listed above
This protects the integrity and value of the license for all resellers.
