Terms of Use for Money Moves Membership

Effective Date: 27 September, 2024

Please read these Terms of Use carefully and in their entirety before purchasing and accessing the Money Moves Membership (hereinafter referred to as the “Membership”). The Membership and all related content are owned by Digital Empires UG.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “I”, “Our”, or “Us” means Digital Empires UG.
  • “Membership”, “Program” – Money Moves subscription and all associated content, resources, bonuses, and community access.
  • “You”, “Your” – the purchaser and participant of the Membership.
  • “Use”, “Participate”, “Participation” – accessing, reading, implementing, or otherwise engaging with the Membership.

2. Consent

By purchasing or accessing the Membership, you voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, without modification.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of the Membership and the instant access provided to exclusive content, community, coaching, and digital resources, NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a payment has been processed. This includes monthly, annual, and promotional purchases.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all sales materials and determining the suitability of the Membership before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you forfeit any right to dispute charges or claim refunds.

Auto-Renewal Policy

All Money Moves Memberships are recurring subscriptions and will automatically renew at the interval selected at checkout (monthly or annually).

You authorize Digital Empires UG and our payment processor to automatically charge your chosen payment method without additional notice at each renewal date, until cancelled by you. This includes promotional pricing which may revert to regular pricing upon renewal.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date through your customer account portal [https://sales.digitalempires.co/updateinfo/].

Please note:

  • Cancellations are self-managed and must be completed before your renewal date.
  • Cancellation is effective immediately. Once cancelled, you will lose all access to Membership content, community, and bonuses — regardless of time remaining.
  • We recommend cancelling closer to your renewal date to make full use of your access.
  • No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
  • Cancelling a payment plan or annual membership does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

4. Disclosure of Recurring Charges (EU/Germany Compliance)

In accordance with applicable German and EU consumer protection laws:

  • You are hereby clearly notified that this is a recurring digital subscription service.
  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you:
    • Have been informed of the recurring nature of your Membership.
    • Accept that your payment method will be automatically charged each period (monthly or annually).
    • Understand that you are not entitled to a refund once a payment has been processed, per the nature of digital products and services.
    • Have full control to cancel future payments via your customer portal [https://sales.digitalempires.co/updateinfo/].

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Membership is the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Empires UG. Redistribution, reproduction, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited and legally enforceable.

6. No Sharing of Access

You may not share your login credentials or Membership content. Violation results in immediate removal with no refund.

7. Disclaimers and No Guarantees

Results vary by individual. No guarantees are made regarding income, results, or success. Membership is provided as-is.

8. Binding Arbitration (Germany)

Any disputes must first be raised via info@digitalempires.co. Unresolved matters will be submitted to arbitration through the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) within Bavaria.

9. Entire Agreement & Governing Law

These Terms constitute the full agreement and are governed by the laws of Bavaria, Germany.

By completing your purchase and accessing the Membership, you agree to all terms listed herein.
